「迴返計畫」系列，為緊扣個人生命經驗延伸至集體記憶之藝術表現。作品再現了眾人共有的童年記憶，由此所勾勒出的情感、情境與氛圍，擁有跨文化、全球化的潛質，幾乎無分國界的藝術感染力，能輕易引發國內外觀眾的心理共鳴，使觀者透過自身類似經驗，更深入品味欣賞藝術家作品與理念。

藝術家　陳敬寶 簡介：

陳敬寶今年43歲，自紐約研習攝影學成歸國，目前就讀台北藝術大學美術創作研究所，典藏的攝影作品有《片刻濃妝：檳榔西施》系列，紀錄台灣獨有的檳榔西施文化；《天上人間》系列，則拍攝出台灣廟宇、日常生活空間、墳墓，神、人、亡靈緊密結合的台灣獨有的空間景觀；《迴返計劃》善用他作為小學教師的經驗，拍攝小學五六年級生過去一年間最難以忘懷的回憶，將之再現的系列作品。

2010年陳敬寶的攝影作品，從十二位來自台灣的候選人中脫穎而出，榮獲日本東川獎海外攝影作家獎，成為台灣之光。(延伸報導http://www.1839cg.com/archives/1947)

“Circumgyration” is a photographic project dedicated to explore the boundaries and possibilities among reality, truth and memory.

It is the reason I try to take fragments of memories from myself and others, and intend to represent scenes from memories by using 8 by 10 large format camera, combining natural and artificial lightings. What I really want to do is to make something too late to be recorded to be re-seen. Therefore, these images may be treated as “pseudo- memory” ..................... Chen Chin-Pao
